Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use ContentFlo, and at least 18 years old to purchase a paid subscription. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us promptly at support@contentflo.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

ContentFlo offers monthly subscription plans processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices, features, and quotas are described on our pricing page and may change with prior notice.

You agree not to use ContentFlo to:

• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or automate the Service in ways that violate these Terms.
• Bypass usage limits, security features, or authentication controls.

ContentFlo uses third-party AI models to generate content based on your prompts. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or similar to output produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with the rules of the platforms where you post.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the content you generate through the Service and may use it for personal or commercial purposes.

ContentFlo, including its branding, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContentFlo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ContentFlo operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
