• Content data: the topics, prompts, preferences, and generated results you create through the Service.
• Billing information: processed securely by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general analytics collected through Google Analytics.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Generate AI content based on your prompts.
• Manage your account, subscription, and billing.
• Send important service, security, and account emails.
• Prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with trusted service providers who help us operate ContentFlo, including:

• Supabase (authentication, database, storage)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• AI model providers (to generate your content)
• Google Analytics (aggregate usage insights)

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support, and we will remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, secure authentication, and row-level access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Email us at support@contentflo.app to make a request.

ContentFlo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
